Royal Ladle Value: 50,000 500 Burden Units Oddly enough, this was used as a kitchen ladle before it was pressed into service as an atlatl. Apparently due to the ladle's resemblance to a serpent it was deemed inappropriate for use in the kitchen. After all, serpents are synonymous with poison. Special Properties: Bael'Zharon's Hate, Cold Rending Uses ?? as ammunition. Bonus to Melee Defense: +18.0% (+35.0%) Casts the following spells: Incantation of Swift Killer, Epic Cooking Prowess, Epic Thrown Aptitude, Incantation of Acid Protection Self, Incantation of Cooking Mastery Self, Incantation of Magic Resistance Self, Incantation of Defender Activation Requirements: None Spellcraft: ?? Notes

• In Shedding Skin the stats were improved, including for existing items, see Royal Ladle (Retired) for the old stats. Also no longer drops on death automatically, it can be protected with death items/augmentations.
• The weapon now levels when you gain experience fighting with it and gives bonus spells the higher the level.
