Stamina Regeneration

Stamina Stamina regeneration is the rate at which the player naturally regains mana. The rate can be increased by kneeling, and can be increased even more by laying down. There are Augmentation Gems that can greatly increase the rate when lying down. The actual value is not displayed anywhere in game.
