- Ciandra, Arcanum Alchemist tells you, "Ah Crystalized Essence, you should be giving these to my Apprentice Talar for his Essence research. This crystal however needs its essence extracted first. Did you retrieve the Enchanted Decanters from the Arcanum Research Facility outside of Al-Jalima? You will need one to collect the essence from this crystal."
