acpedia.org does not have database dumps configured. As far as I am aware the only one that can do this is the site owner, not any of the admins.

If it were available, it would be located at [[Special:Statistics]]. You can individually export pages at [[Special:Export]]. And, if you know what you are doing, there is probably a way to automate that process.

If you want a full xml database dump now, there is one available on the other wiki at [http://asheron.wikia.com/wiki/Special:Statistics http://asheron.wikia.com/wiki/Special:Statistics]
